Long-distance hiking trails are becoming increasingly popular. Consciously following a path over a longer period of time, walking from hut to hut, gaining new experiences and finding yourself in the imposing mountain landscape from the Karwendel to the Tux Alps. Here is an overview of the most beautiful long-distance hiking trails that lead through our region. The tourism association does not offer luggage transfer on any of the long-distance hiking trails. This must be organized by yourself.

Current hut regulations
With immediate effect, the current hut and tariff regulations apply again at Alpine Club huts in Austria, so we are returning to the corresponding regular operation.
This means that you do not need to bring your own pillowcases or warmer sleeping bags (the hut sleeping bag is sufficient again). Blankets may be handed out again since last fall.
