Recipe. Tyrolean venison
The meat presented here is a venison nut. It is part of the leg of venison and is a very tender and lean piece of meat. Venison is generally low in fat and rich in protein, minerals and vitamins. When prepared correctly, it has a special nutritional value. The term venison refers to meat from wild animals that are subject to hunting rights.

- Game meat
- garlic
- cinnamon powder
- Juniper berries and bay leaves
- 1 bottle of red wine
- Vegetables such as onion, celery, carrots and parsley
- cloves
- thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Red cabbage and potatoes for the side dish
