The coming days. Movie shoot

The Coming Days is a German dystopia about the future of human society based on a family consisting of Daniel Brühl, August Diehl and Johanna Wokalek, among others. Director Lars Kraume chose the idyllic Walderalm in the Karwendel mountains as the location for the film in the Hall-Wattens region.

Summary of the movie

"Die kommenden Tage" is a German science fiction film that creates a gloomy vision of the future. The story takes place in a near-future scenario in which Europe and the world are characterized by a shortage of resources, political unrest and social tensions. At the center are two sisters whose lives are turned upside down by the increasingly unstable world around them. While one sister becomes involved in a radical political group, the other tries to protect her family and her love in a world on the brink of collapse. The film combines personal destinies with global crises and offers a thought-provoking look at how political and social change can affect the lives of individuals.
