Forest bathing with Claudia

Deep breaths fill your lungs with fresh air, the soft forest floor gives way under your footsteps, the scent of earth and herbs fills the air and you can find a comfortable place to linger under an old tree. Spending time in the forest is simply good for you and has a relaxing effect. The forests in the Hall-Wattens region are both an oasis of peace and a source of strength. This connection can be experienced particularly well during forest bathing.

The forest air can have a positive effect on the immune system via scent molecules. The forest is also good for people on a psychological level, as fewer stress hormones are released. This in turn has beneficial effects on the immune system and digestion.

The ingredients for forest bathing are a natural, quiet forest, enough time and our Claudia. She will guide you through this special nature experience with mindfulness and awareness of all your senses.

Visit to the fish farm in Thaur

The fish farm in Thaur embodies the harmony between man and nature and is a living example of sustainable agriculture and responsible use of natural resources. In the midst of the breathtaking mountain landscapes of Tyrol, in the small village of Thaur, it is a jewel that casts a spell over visitors.

Fed with crystal-clear water from the nearby mountain streams, the farm offers ideal conditions for a variety of fish species to thrive. As soon as you enter the facility, you can sense the loving dedication with which Nikolaus carries out his work here. The tanks are kept spotlessly clean and the fish swim around happily.

From fish farming to stocking and food fish to Nikolaus' passion, the primitive trout, visitors learn everything about the Thaur fish farm, which has been in existence since the time of Emperor Maximilian I.

Walking concert on the forest path

The two musicians Brigitte Pfurtscheller (flute) and Barbara Beinsteiner (Celtic harp) together form the ensemble "Melodiven". They play fine, natural music for pure pleasure. Preferably under an open sky and between trees, accompanied by the rustling of leaves and the twittering of birds, embedded in the scent of the forest.
Now the Melodiven invite you to accompany them on a walking concert. Enjoy a walk in the woods and indulge in tender, touching music. Listen and collect vacation memories of a very special kind!

Guided tour through the silver town of Schwaz

It was thanks to the mining of silver that the town of Schwaz developed into an important center in the Middle Ages.

Local guides accompany you through the alleyways and nooks and crannies of the silver town, take you to hidden places and bring the times of the past to life in the truest sense of the word. There are quite a few hidden places in the old town of Schwaz. Until recently, these special places remained hidden from the public. They open their doors only for this occasion and form the highlights of the newly designed city tour. The roof truss of the Maria Himmelfahrt parish church is just one of the ten interesting stops on this tour.
