Kaiser Max Tour in Halltal. Geocaching
Emperor Maximilian had already chosen the Halltal valley with its breathtaking nature as one of his favorite places. Emperor Max decreed that the Halltal should remain as untouched as possible. It is thanks to him that the Karwendel Nature Park is still one of the most untouched, wild landscapes in the middle of Europe.
Due to its climatic and topographical conditions, the Karwendel has an above-average proportion of natural habitats such as primeval forests and wild rivers and is home to an exceptionally high diversity of species.
The fantastic mountain world of the Karwendel provides an impressive backdrop. Easily accessible within a short distance of the central Tyrolean Inn Valley, this geocaching tour still offers a pure nature experience: the "Kaiser Max Tour im Halltal" geocaching tour is a varied hiking trail. With a keen eye, you can also find evidence of salt mining. The "white gold" ensured prosperity and economic upturn in the Middle Ages.
