Conditions of participation. Competitions
1. general information
The competition is organized by the Hall-Wattens Region Tourism Association, Unterer Stadtplatz 19, 6060 Hall in Tirol (Austria) and announced on their official social media channels. Social media platforms include in particular the online services of Facebook and Instagram. Announcement of the competition in other media forms is at the discretion of the Hall-Wattens Region Tourist Board. The competition ends at the time defined in the entry. Changes to the competition will be announced in the same media on which the entry was published. Legal recourse is excluded.
2. conditions of participation
The minimum age for participation is 18 years. The competition is open to all persons residing in Austria, Germany and Switzerland. Participation is possible by fulfilling all the requirements stated in the entry. Employees of the Regionhall-Wattens Tourist Board may not participate.
3. prize
The non-cash prize mentioned in the entry can be won. Winners will be selected at random after the end of the competition and, unless otherwise specified, will be notified by direct message or email on the same social media platform through which they participated. The entitlement to the notified prize arises after the respective winner responds in the form of a reply by the same means by which the prize notification was received. If the prize notification was made on a social media platform, a reply from the winner must be received within 7 weekdays with a link to the respective profile of the Hall-Wattens Region Tourist Board (Facebook: @regionhall ; Instagram: @hallwattens). After this period has expired, the Hall-Wattens Region Tourism Association may select a new winner at random. Prizes will then be sent to the winners by post. The cash payment of prizes is excluded. There are no claims to specific characteristics of prizes that cannot be inferred from the direct wording of the competition.
4. exclusion from participation
Any user who attempts to falsify the result by technological means or otherwise will be disqualified immediately. Comments or messages that violate the guidelines of the social media platforms used will be removed without prior notice. Affected participants are thus excluded from the competition. If the entry of a winner who has already been determined is removed, this entry is excluded from the competition and a new winner will be determined at random.
5. subject to change
The Tourimusverband Region Hall-Wattens reserves the right to discontinue the competition temporarily or permanently at any time without giving reasons and without announcing one or more winners. In this case (before the regular end of the competition) no one will receive a prize.
6 Legal regulations
The competition is not directly connected to the social media platforms on which it is held and is therefore not sponsored or supported by them. The operators of the social media platforms, in particular Facebook and Instagram, are not available as contact persons for the respective competition. By participating in the competition, participants accept the terms and conditions and the data protection provisions of the Hall-Wattens Region Tourist Board. Participants also agree that by taking part in the competition, their personal data will be processed by the Hall-Wattens Region Tourist Board for the purpose of running the competition. Consent to the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time by sending an email to info@hall-wattens.at. Comments on social media platforms will remain and will continue to be publicly visible until they are deleted by the person making the comment.
