Baking bread on the farm. Culinary activity lesson Hall in Tirol
Every Monday at 2 p.m., guests from the Hall-Wattens region can take part in a baking lesson as part of the weekly summer program.
Young farmer Johanna Strasser from Absam shows us how bread was baked centuries ago: Freshly ground grain is baked together with natural yeast and rich spices to make fragrant farmhouse bread. The warm farmhouse bread tastes fantastic! Served with real butter and a refreshment, it's the perfect accompaniment. The way to the heart is through the stomach!
