Absam village festival. In summer
The popular Absam village festival takes place every summer in the village center.
On the large festival mile, which covers the entire village center, a total of 18 village clubs and restaurants offer the best entertainment, enjoyment and attractions for all age groups.
In addition to the culinary delicacies from Absam Bräu to Absam wine & cider, lamb specialties, Zillertal doughnuts, Tyrolean gröstl, schnitzel, sausages, crepes and much more, there are further highlights: the village championship in waddling (Saturday, 2 pm), bag jump, archery, beer slide, Hau den Lukas, wheel of fortune and a large children's program on Saturday from 2 pm.
There will be plenty of live music (The Boons, Just 4 fun, Cherry Bomb, Sonnwend) and a disco. A delegation from the Absam brass band will also be present.
