Locandy - Hidden Hall. Press release

Following the treasure hunt for children and families, the Hall-Wattens region tourism association and the team led by Michael Ölhafen (Locandy) developed a new app for young people and adults entitled "Hidden Hall - A town to fall in love with!"

Easter festival

"Our experience in recent years has shown us that our guests also want to be active interactively and at any time of day, and that they want to explore the city flexibly and at any time. At times, due to the coronavirus, this was not possible in any other way. In a colorful mix of stories, anecdotes, poems and recipes, you can now experience the history of Hall in a completely different way. Guests and locals alike are invited to come to the tourist office, where the app can be downloaded via QR code. Even if you can listen to the first of ten stations on our website beforehand, each additional station can only be accessed in person, i.e. on site. To do this, you have to go to Hall, be there in person and embark on a journey into the Middle Ages yourself," says Anita Töchterle-Graber, who is responsible for the content of the tour together with Dr. Barbara Thaler from Locandy.

"You need a smartphone and your own headphones, especially for the visit to the parish church. Silent Cinema is a treat for all the senses: escape from everyday life and be guided to a total of 10 stations via GPS while listening to fantastic music by Herbert Pixner, who has kindly provided us with two of his tracks ("Summer Bossa" and "Nur für dich allein"). His music combines tradition and modernity and provides the perfect musical backdrop for our new virtual city tour," is the praise from the tourist office.
